Air Shield

Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, people should maintain physical distance to protect each other. The layout of the modern office, however, depends on space efficiency and communication with other co-workers. The goal of this project is to consider how employees can stay visibly connected while remaining protected in existing workspace layouts and consider how to use the solution sustainably after the corona pandemic. Air Shield is an attachable dual fan and filter system which serves to purify the air and protect desk occupants by blocking pathogen transmission with air currents.

Fit In

Fit In is a movable partition and shelving system designed to define and add functions to office spaces. The three main modules can rotate 360 degrees separately, moving from a single point. The rotation is provided by a ball bearing system placed between the modules. Fit In can be used in a compact form in traditional offices, while its many variations support dynamic and collaborative open offices. The lowest module can serve as a seat, the middle module as a table top and the highest module as a high desk. The system is made of 18 mm medium-density fibreboard with steel sheet coating.

Qwork Pod

Qwork Pod is a hexagonal office pod designed to protect workers from viral infection. The honeycomb-like unit can be grouped to suit different spatial needs and office layouts. Each pod measures 250 cm in width, 220 cm in length and 250 cm in height. A handle-less airtight acrylic door opens automatically through facial recognition, and ventilation fans with built-in air filters start at the same time. The body is made of a non-porous acrylic and aluminium hydroxide composite with an antiviral coating for easy hygiene.

Cooffice Officedesk

Cooffice is a multifunctional workstation designed for shared office spaces. The semi-enclosed desk uses movable panels that give each user a private area. The panels can be lowered when colleagues need to talk and work together. The work surface is height adjustable, from 30 to 48 inches, so the desk suits different tasks and postures. Materials include acoustic PET, rubberwood, steel and plastic. Cooffice aims to make office work more focused, while keeping communication between colleagues simple and flexible.

Follow

Follow is an interactive speaker shaped like a small bird. Music is played through a Bluetooth connection. The controls of a traditional music player are placed on the bird itself. Touching the head or the tail changes the track. One touch on the back saves the song, and the back turns red. Two touches pause or start the music. The bird moves along a track, so its position shows the progress of the song. The shell is made of ABS plastic by injection molding and is combined with fabric. The form is small and simple.

Pamu Z1

Pamu Z1 is a versatile set of TWS earbuds, which noise-canceling intensity can reach 40dB. The large diameter speaker is equipped with 10mm PEN and titanium-plated composite diaphragm, brings good performance of deep bass and enhances the noise-canceling effect of low-frequency noise. Six-microphone design brings better active noise-canceling performance. The structure of front microphone can filter out most wind current, reduce the wind noise outdoors. The customizable accessories of storage case could meet the personalized needs of young users.
